Hank created this cover for Panorama in 1963. Editor emeritus Betty Jo Turner recalled in here retirement column in the magazine how welcome Hank’s work was to the magazine. Hank bought his first Porsche in 1960 and joined the club in 1962. Served as Nord Stern President twice 1963 and 1986. Hank designed the logo for the 1976 Porsche Parade at Brainerd. It does have a very 70s feel to it.
Hank started GT Racing which sells fiberglass Porsche body panels and currently lives in Colorado with his lovely wife Phyllis. Phyllis was very active in the club and was instrumental in the Quick Chicks Driver’s Schools. More on that in a future post.
