In February 2020 Nord Stern held a lovely dinner at the Lafayette Club on Lake Minnetonka. While it was the annual “let’s get dressed up” dinner the theme was a celebration of Nord Stern’s 50 years of driving events at what started as Donnybrooke and is now Brainerd International Raceway. In putting that program together, Rick Moe came up with the car badges shown here and we learned we were off by a year! Clearly Nord Stern autocrossed at Donnybrooke in 1969. We celebrated anyway.
