ClubRegistration.net

Nord Stern uses www.ClubRegistration.net (ClubReg) to reserve your spot in Driver Training or Advanced Lapping.  You’ll need to create an account (it’s free) by clicking here or clicking the “Create Account” button from the site’s home page.  Here is some guidance on finding and registering for a Club event.

Note:  ClubReg categorizes training programs or schools as Performance Driving School events.

  1. After logging into the site, you should be presented with a list of events.  If not, click on “Search for Events” dropdown on the selection bar under the red ClubRegistration.net banner.
    1. Select “Find Events” from the pop-down menu.  This will present some options for searching all events in the system.  Use one of the following search mechanisms.

By Keyword

For a track event enter Fling and click on the SEARCH button.  If you’re looking for a drive or social event use the event name.

By Event Type

Select the type of event from the pull-down selection menu and click on the SEARCH button.  Note that Driver Training is categorized by ClubReg as a Performance Driving School.

By Event Host

Select Nord Stern Region PCA from the pull-down selection and click on the SEARCH button.

  1. Regardless of the search mechanism you used to find a Nord Stern event, you will be shown a listing of events under “Events you may like…” Click on the REGISTER button to start the event registration process.
  2. The window will refresh and present the event information, entry fees, and options. Look through the event details. To register for the event click on REGISTER.
  3. The next window is where you select event options:
    1. Entry Fees … select the entry fee that applies to you.
    2. Vehicle … select the vehicle you will be using.
    3. Event Options … this is where you can reserve a garage stall for the weekend.
    4. Emergency Contact … Should the Club need to contact someone on your behalf.
    5. Profile … make sure your contact information is correct.
    6. Click the REGISTER button at the bottom of the page.
  4. The next window presents you with optional purchase items that you might be interested in. The Club gets a small percentage of any items you select.  Click on the View Payment Screen when you’re ready.
  5. The last screen of the registration process is the event payment. At this point you are registered for the event and you can optionally review or cancel the registration.  Here you can submit payment via PayPal or Credit Card, or mail payment to the address shown (if available).  Contact the Registrar to use another form of payment or simply skip payment and notify the Registrar (Registrar@NordStern.org) your intent to pay at trackside registration.

NOTE: Nord Stern uses PayPal as a clearing house for credit card transactions.  You do not need to have a PayPal account nor do you have to use PayPal funds if you do.
